Our founder has spent 25 years in EdTech across the US and the Caribbean, from the classroom to technology leadership. That includes running district technology and cybersecurity, working alongside district leadership and the board, and teaching at the university level. In every role, the same problems kept coming back. SchoolLife is what our founder wanted for every district: one sign-in for the whole school community.
“Twenty-five years in schools made one thing clear: the technology should serve the people, not the other way around.”
Staff lose time to passwords and switching between systems instead of working with students.
Every extra account and vendor is one more place information can be exposed, and boards want to know where it lives.
State reports, compliance dates and grant deadlines get missed because nobody sees them in time.
Districts pay for tools they barely use while every dollar is needed in classrooms.
Account setup, password resets and access reviews never end, and new staff wait days for access.
SchoolLife is being shaped with input from district leaders like you.
If these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.
Budgets are shrinking.
Nobody can say which vendors hold student data.
New phone-free school laws are arriving.
Compliance work is driving principals out.
Chronic absenteeism is still high.
K-12 is the top ransomware target.
Burnout is driving teachers out.
Nobody knows what the district owns.
SchoolLife addresses each of these. We’ll walk you through how.

Yes. We operate under your district's direct control, for the contracted educational purpose only.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff sign in through your district's Google or Microsoft single sign-on, multi-factor authentication is required for privileged roles, and every record view is limited by role and recorded in an audit log.
We follow a documented response plan and notify your district within 72 hours of confirming a data breach, as the National Data Privacy Agreement requires.
Only if your district turns it on. Students sign in through your single sign-on and see only what you make available. Parents and guardians see information only about their own child.
SchoolLife works fully without it. Any AI features are optional, available only to district staff (never to students or parents), and your district can turn them off at any time. Details are in our AI Policy.
Every system you run stays exactly as you left it. We return and securely delete your data within 60 days, as the National Data Privacy Agreement requires, or sooner if state law requires.
